Modeling Wax

Modeling Wax

How to Use Modeling Wax

  1. Apply Spirit Gum to the desired area where you want the modeling wax to adhere.
  2. Tap the Spirit Gum until it becomes tacky.
  3. Roll the Modeling Wax into a ball and press it onto the tacky area.
  4. Smooth and shape the wax as desired.
  5. Using a very small amount of theatrical makeup remover on your fingers, further smooth the wax once the shape is finished.
  6. Set with powder to absorb excess oil.
  7. Seal with Flexible Wax Sealer or Liquid Latex for durability. Allow to dry and repeat if needed to create a strong, skin-like finish.
  8. If using liquid latex, make sure to powder the latex after drying to remove tackiness.
  9. Your wax application is now ready for makeup.

Tip:

A small amount of makeup remover applied with a fingertip will soften the edges of Modeling Wax, helping to feather and smooth the waxed area.
